This is the title of a new publication from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). As part of their activities for the International Year of Artisanal Fisheries and Aquaculture, FAO published the document which not only provides numerous details, including nutritional values, about many of the commercialized fish species but also provides dozens of recipes how to cook fish. Fish species mentioned include amberjack, anchovy, carp, catfish, cod, herring, snapper tuna and many others. The publication is excellently illustrated and a joy to read. Highly recommended.
