Michela Cariglia, AGAPE partner and Director of the Gargano Shell Fish Farm cooperative, participated yesterday in the Blue Horizon Meeting. She talked about her experience on aquaculture waste like shells of molluscs and fish skin. Michela discussed the main obstacles that a company encounters when it wants to make circular economy and the impact of the B-Blue project in creating new professional opportunities.
